Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
For mobile appointments, travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.
